Born in Mumbai, India, I’m a self-taught musician and vocalist whose musical journey began at the age of 3. I grew up imitating and singing along to legends like The Beatles, Elvis Presley, The Police, REO Speedwagon, Stevie Wonder, Elton John and George Michael. I believe music is therapeutic-a bridge between people, cultures, and emotions.Many of my songs are deeply personal, but I also love co-writing with artists around the world to bring new energy and ideas into the mix.There’s nothing more meaningful than seeing how someone connect with my songs — that’s what gives my music purpose.
As a proud independent Canadian artist, I create and release 100% MAPL music—written, performed, and produced entirely in Canada. Through my platform, Behind the Vibe, I share the creative process and stories behind each release. I also run the RD Music Collective, an initiative that supports fellow independent artists in getting their music heard on playlists and beyond.
